In the terms of foreign policy, the goal seems to be a return to the splendid isolation of Anglo-Saxon countries and those linguistically and culturally closest to them (Ireland, Scandinavian countries, etc.), So to say, a comeback to the lost paradise of sea world (Rimland) refraining from interfering in the affairs of the continetal world (Heartland): Eurasia and most of Africa.
This may take the form of a new Yalta agreement on the division of zones of responsibility for combating the extreme Islamist sectarians and the reconstruction of national economies. The great Anglo-Saxon industrialists (informal aristocracy) and landowners are betting on an alliance and profit sharing here with white middle and small farmers and white and yellow workers, as well as the black and Latin middle classes. The Project Capitalism should therefore be judged as a moderately progressive project.
Option 2 could easily become a rather Pyrrhic victory for Project West which is the opposite of Project Capitalism. We need to understand there is a ruthless political struggle between their supporters for power, money and the answer to the question whether it is worth to sacrifice the USA and UK in the game of the allegedly only right neoliberal ideology. An increasing lack of material reserves necessary to alimentate the lumpenproletariat at the expense of the State and to impose this ideology on the rest of the world by spreading political corruption and frolics with the help of American and NATO bombing will determine the poor possible victory of the little man Biden, giving nothing but chaos and a serious threat of WW3.
The central banking revolving financial allocation of the newly issued dollars and euros (new dollars and euros without adequate coverage in gold, silver, goods and basic services) will soon become completely impossible. The main global supplier of industrial goods, which is China (along with Taiwan and Singapore), will soon complete the final preparations for a great economic maneuver, as a result of which it will be able to export these goods to the markets of other Eurasian countries and be fully supplied with food and raw materials from these countries, with Russia at the lead.
The creation of a technological and financial zone of Eurasia without Turkey (due to the tough anti-Christian, anti-Alawite and anti-Sufi stance of its leader) will not only have enormous economic, but also political and religious impact. The New Red Project
The third great social and economic project would be based on a positive revision of Marxism-Leninism towards: a) market socialism according to the theory created by Oskar Lange, b) incorporation into the system of basic social and moral guidelines of revealed religions (Christianity, mosaicism, i.e. the Mosaic religion without Talmud, moderate and modernised Islam - without Sharia, also the monotheism of China and India); c) the admissibility of a free public exchange of views on all political and social issues, as well as a multi-party system under an ideologically coherent national front.
All privately owned big property (like industrial plants, the landlordships, sea ports main facilities) will be nationalized or converted into employees' stock ownership. Due to the irremovability of technologically conditioned unemployment, after the end of the 5 to 20-year period of reconstruction of the full-scale real (productive) economy, it will be necessary to introduce Basic Guaranteed Income (BGI) for all citizens. At first stage, the BGI scheme will include the elderly and those who are physically incapable of working in industrial plants, agriculture and basic services , and those capitalists who will cooperate in the socialization of their great property. When fully implemented, the BGI program will be fully funded through surplus production sourced permanently from robotic factories, largely automated agriculture and computer-controlled service departments.
The Basic Guaranteed Income will enable a dignified but modest life without paid work, which will be entitled to every resident of the New Red Project zone
Honest work in creating tangible and intangible values will be the only way to increase your income to buy luxury goods, travel for pleasure using luxury transport and accommodation etc. etc. There will be three main options: employment in a socialized industrial plant or agricultural cooperative, small or medium-sized private enterprise (the owner and his family plow and sow themselves, stand behind the counter, etc.), work contracts (for creating literature or art). Politicians will have to start caring for their fellow citizens and respect working people. Otherwise, they will be forced to quickly leave the system of governance through the methods of direct democracy and logocracy (meritocracy).
All forms of getting rich at someone else's expense will be nipped in the bud and punished. Adding poisons to food and drugs, creating or importing dirty and dangerous vaccines and similar will be severely punished. It will also be strictly forbidden to borrow money at interest. Every citizen will be able to get an interest-free loan to start a business in exchange for the bank's share of the profits for a specified period of time. The economy will be based on a mixed system of central planning and forecasting (only basic economic indicators) but free competition of economic entities within the common market will be allowed and encouraged. Certain key sectors of industry, transport and warehousing of strategic importance will be reserved to state-owned companies, with an untouchable amount of at least 51 per cent controlling interest, The State will be obliged to maintain constant (long-term) taxes and to ensure a constant gold and silver parity of the convertible currency. Also, a low level of public debt, and ultimately no such debt.
The New Red Project versus Project West and Project Capitalism
If we give Project Capitalism number 1, Project West number 2, and New Red Project call number 3, then ... number 1 is somehow compatible with number 3. Total neutrality may be introduced as soon as, for example, it joins the new British Commonwealth as an associated country, included in the sterling zone.
The national left can fully realize itself as an ideological formation under the New Red Project, shape neutrality according to the Austrian model, work in the pound sterling zone, and influence the policy of the ruling national bourgeoisie under the Project Capitalism. It cannot, however, do much against neoliberalism and the so-called financial markets. In this variant, the guardians of this extreme and vulgar ideology, claiming to protect the so-called new proletariat will eventually crush with no mercy all resistance, and the rapidly diminishing material reserves may push the shepherds to surrender much of their cattle to the slaughterhouse. The path of choices that are taking place now at the crossroads of the world, struck by the dollar crisis and the COVID pandemonium, become frighteningly clear and deadly serious.
