The Project Capitalism means a return to good (i. e. free from huge budget and trade deficits, consistent with the economic calculation) management. In the terms of foreign policy, the goal seems to be a return to the splendid isolation of Anglo-Saxon countries and those linguistically and culturally closest to them (Ireland, Scandinavian countries, etc.), So to say, a comeback to the lost paradise of sea world (Rimland) refraining from interfering in the affairs of the continetal world (Heartland): Eurasia and most of Africa.


This may take the form of a new Yalta agreement on the division of zones of responsibility for combating the extreme Islamist sectarians and the reconstruction of national economies. The great Anglo-Saxon industrialists (informal aristocracy) and landowners are betting on an alliance and profit sharing here with white middle and small farmers and white and yellow workers, as well as the black and Latin middle classes. The Project Capitalism should therefore be judged as a moderately progressive project.

Option 2 could easily become a rather Pyrrhic victory for Project West which is the opposite of Project Capitalism. We need to understand there is a ruthless political struggle between their supporters for power, money and the answer to the question whether it is worth to sacrifice the USA and UK in the game of the allegedly only right neoliberal ideology. An increasing lack of material reserves necessary to alimentate the lumpenproletariat at the expense of the State and to impose this ideology on the rest of the world by spreading political corruption and frolics with the help of American and NATO bombing will determine the poor possible victory of the little man Biden, giving nothing but chaos and a serious threat of WW3.

The central banking revolving financial allocation of the newly issued dollars and euros (new dollars and euros without adequate coverage in gold, silver, goods and basic services) will soon become completely impossible. The main global supplier of industrial goods, which is China (along with Taiwan and Singapore), will soon complete the final preparations for a great economic maneuver, as a result of which it will be able to export these goods to the markets of other Eurasian countries and be fully supplied with food and raw materials from these countries, with Russia at the lead.

The creation of a technological and financial zone of Eurasia without Turkey (due to the tough anti-Christian, anti-Alawite and anti-Sufi stance of its leader) will not only have enormous economic, but also political and religious impact. Chervonets (the ruble and the yuan based on gold and silver coins and treasury gold bars, replaced on a daily basis by banknotes covered in gold) will become its accounting and reserve currency. For many reasons (such as the need to keep the current assets of  so-called oligarchs within this common exchange and technology zone), the New Red Project is about to begin there.

The New Red Project

The third great social and economic project would be based on a positive revision of Marxism-Leninism towards: a) market socialism according to the theory created by Oskar Lange, b) incorporation into the system of basic social and moral guidelines of revealed religions (Christianity, mosaicism, i.e. the Mosaic religion without Talmud, moderate and modernised Islam - without Sharia, also the monotheism of China and India); c) the admissibility of a free public exchange of views on all political and social issues, as well as a multi-party system under an ideologically coherent national front.

All privately owned big property (like industrial plants, the landlordships, sea ports main facilities) will be nationalized or converted into employees' stock ownership. Due to the irremovability of technologically conditioned unemployment, after the end of the 5 to 20-year period of reconstruction of the full-scale real (productive) economy, it will be necessary to introduce Basic Guaranteed Income (BGI) for all citizens. At first stage, the BGI scheme will include the elderly and those who are physically incapable of working in industrial plants, agriculture and basic services , and those capitalists who will cooperate in the socialization of their great property. When fully implemented, the BGI program will be fully funded through surplus production sourced permanently from robotic factories, largely automated agriculture and computer-controlled service departments.

The Basic Guaranteed Income will enable a dignified but modest life without paid work, which will be entitled to every resident of the New Red Project zone

Honest work in creating tangible and intangible values will be the only way to increase your income to buy luxury goods, travel for pleasure using luxury transport and accommodation etc. etc. There will be three main options: employment in a socialized industrial plant or agricultural cooperative, small or medium-sized private enterprise (the owner and his family plow and sow themselves, stand behind the counter, etc.), work contracts (for creating literature or art). Politicians will have to start caring for their fellow citizens and respect working people. Otherwise, they will be forced to quickly leave the system of governance through the methods of direct democracy and logocracy (meritocracy).

All forms of getting rich at someone else's expense will be nipped in the bud and punished. Adding poisons to food and drugs, creating or importing dirty and dangerous vaccines and similar will be severely punished. It will also be strictly forbidden to borrow money at interest. Every citizen will be able to get an interest-free loan to start a business in exchange for the bank's share of the profits for a specified period of time. The economy will be based on a mixed system of central planning and forecasting (only basic economic indicators) but free competition of economic entities within the common market will be allowed and encouraged. Certain key sectors of industry, transport and warehousing of strategic importance will be reserved to state-owned companies, with an untouchable amount of at least 51 per cent controlling interest, The State will be obliged to maintain constant (long-term) taxes and to ensure a constant gold and silver parity of the convertible currency. Also, a low level of public debt, and ultimately no such debt.

The New Red Project versus Project West and Project Capitalism

If we give Project Capitalism number 1, Project West number 2, and New Red Project call number 3, then ... number 1 is somehow compatible with number 3. For economic reasons the bourgeois national governments will be forced by some basic factors to limit their goals almost exclusively to material reconstruction and social rehabilitation of own countries. As well as using their armed forces elsewhere mainly to kill terrorists and recapture their fellow citizens from their hands. Also because of ideological ones. Both projects will be based on the common foundation of natural law (minimum of justice and ordinary human decency) and God's law. Under the project no. 1 and 3, no one will be imposed on religion or state ideology, but only adherence to certain basic principles of social and economic life.

Number 2, on the other hand, is a very bad match to number 1 and equally to number 3. Left-wing liberalism since it was combined with extreme moral liberalism, neoliberalism in the economy and the dictatorship of the financial markets, became a pagan project with the potential to turn it into some sort of satanic revolution. In the case of the final victory of the  Project Capitalism in New York and London, countries such as Poland will have a free choice; integrate with other Slavs within the Russian-Chinese zone, try to create a separate technological and financial zone with Hungary (the so-called three seas initiative), or declare total neutrality, accepting a guarantee of armed assistance in the event of a threat to the national existence from the western border (the old Belgian mod). Total neutrality may be introduced as soon as, for example, it joins the new British Commonwealth as an associated country, included in the sterling zone.

The national left can fully realize itself as an ideological formation under the New Red Project, shape neutrality according to the Austrian model, work in the pound sterling zone, and influence the policy of the ruling national bourgeoisie under the Project Capitalism. It cannot, however, do much against neoliberalism and the so-called financial markets. In this variant, the guardians of this extreme and vulgar ideology, claiming to protect the so-called new proletariat will eventually crush with no mercy all resistance, and the rapidly diminishing material reserves may push the shepherds to surrender much of their cattle to the slaughterhouse. The path of choices that are taking place now at the crossroads of the world, struck by the dollar crisis and the COVID pandemonium, become frighteningly clear and deadly serious.

W polityce zagranicznej celem jest nawrót do splendid isolation (wspaniałego odosobnienia) krajów anglosaskich oraz tych najbliższych im językowo oraz kulturowo (Irlandia. kraje skandynawskie itd.) czyli świata morskiego powstrzymującego się od wtrącania się w sprawy świata lądowego: Eurazji oraz większej części Afryki. 

Może to przybrać formę nowego układu jałtańskiego o podziale stref odpowiedzialności za zwalczanie skrajnych kierunków świata isłamu oraz odbudowę gospodarek narodowych. Wielcy anglosascy przemyslowcy (nieformalna arystokracja) i właściciele ziemscy stawiają tu na sojusz i podział zysków z białymi średnimi i drobnymi rolnikami oraz białymi i żółtymi robotnikami, a także czarną i latynoską klasą średnią. Jest to zatem projekt umiarkowanie postępowy.


Wariant nr 2 to raczej pyrrusowe zwycięstwo Projektu Zachód, który stanowi odwrotność Projektu Kapitalizm, wskutek czego między ich zwolennikami trwa bezpardonowa walka polityczna o władzę, pieniądze oraz odpowiedź na pytanie czy warto poświęcić USA i UK na ołtarzu rzekomo jedynie słusznej ideologii neoliberalnej. O nie dającym nic prócz chaosu i poważnego zagrożenia trzecią wojną światową, marnym ewentualnym zwycięstwie bajdka przesądzi brak rezerw materialnych niezbędnych do utrzymywania lumpenproletariatu na koszt państwa oraz narzucania reszcie świata tej ideologii przez szerzenie korupcji politycznej i swawoli przy pomocy amerykańskich i natowskich bombardowań.

Refinansowanie emisyjne (tworzenie nowych dolarów i euro bez odpowiedniego pokrycia w złocie, srebrze, towarach i usługach) stanie się już wkrótce całkowicie niewykonalne. Główny światowy dostawca towarów przemysłowych, którym są Chiny (wraz z Tajwanem i Singapurem) już niebawem ukończy ostatnie przygotowania do wielkiego manewru gospodarczego, w wyniku którego uzyska możliwość eksportu tych towarów na rynki innych państw Eurazji i pełnego zaopatrywania się w żywność i surowce z tychże krajów, z Rosją na czele.

Utworzenie technologiczno-finansowej strefy Eurazji bez Turcji (ze względu na twardą antychrześcijańską, antyalawicką i antysuficką postawę jej przywódcy) będzie miało nie tylko olbrzymie znaczenie ekonomiczne, ale również polityczne oraz religijne. Czerwoniec (rubel i juan oparty na złotych i srebrnych monetach i sztabach złota skarbowego, zastępowanych na codzień przez mające pokrycie w złocie banknoty) stanie się jej walutą rozliczeniową oraz rezerwową. Z wielu względów (takich jak konieczność zatrzymania w ramach tej strefy dochodów i dóbr materialnych obecnych tzw. oligarchów) rozpocznie się tam Nowy Czerwony Projekt.

Nowy Czerwony Projekt

 

... będzie oparty na pozytywnej rewizji marksizmu-łeninizmu w kierunku: a) socjalizmu rynkowego według Oskara Lange, b) wmontowania w system podstawowych wskazań społecznych i moralnych religii objawionych (chrześcijaństwa, mozaizmu tzn. wyznania mojżeszowego bez Talmudu, umiarkowanego islamu - bez szariatu i hadisów, także monoteizmu Chin i Indii); c) dopuszczalności publicznej wymiany poglądów na wszystkie zagadnienia polityczne i społeczne, a także ustroju wielopartyjnego w ramach spójnego ideowo frontu narodowego.

Cała wielka własność zostanie upaństwowiona lub zamieniona w akcjonariat pracowniczy. Ze względu na nieusuwalność technologicznie uwarunkowanego bezrobocia po zakończeniu trwającego od 5 do 20 lat okresu odbudowy pełnowymiarowej gospodarki realnej (produkcyjnej) konieczne będzie wprowadzenie Podstawowego Dochodu Gwarantowanego (PDG) dla wszystkich obywateli. W pierwszej kolejności program przyznawania PDG obejmie osoby starsze, a także fizycznie niezdolne do pracy w zakładach przemysłowych, rolnictwie i podstawowych usługach (takich jak transport), a także tych kapitalistów, którzy będą współpracować przy uspołecznieniu ich wielkiej własności. Przy pełnym zastosowaniu programu PDG będzie on w pełni finansowany dzięki nadwyżkom produkcji uzyskanym na stałe ze zrobotyzowanych fabryk, zautomatyzowanego w dużej mierze rolnictwa oraz sterowanych komputerowo działów usług.

Podstawowy Dochód Gwarantowany umożliwi godne, ale skromne życie bez pracy zarobkowej, którą będzie miał prawo podjąć każdy mieszkaniec strefy Nowego Czerwonego Projektu

Uczciwa praca przy tworzeniu wartości materialnych i niematerialnych będzie jedynym sposobem podwyższenia swoich dochodów, aby nabywać dobra luksusowe, odbywać podróże korzystając przy tym z luksusowego transportu i zakwaterowania itd. itp. Do wyboru będą trzy główne formy: zatrudnienie w uspołecznionym zakładzie przemysłowym lub spółdzielni rolnej, małe lub średnie przedsiębiorstwo prywatne (właściciel i jego rodzina sami orzą i sieją, stoją za ladą itd. itp.), umowy o dzieło (literatury i sztuki). Politycy będą musieli zacząć dbać o współobywateli i szanować ludzi pracy. W przeciwnym wypadku będą zmuszeni do szybkiego opuszczenia systemu sprawowania władzy poprzez metody demokracji bezpośredniej oraz logokracji (merytokracji).

Wszelkie formy bogacenia się cudzym kosztem będą tłumione w zarodku i przykładnie karane. Dodawanie trucizn do żywności i leków, tworzenie lub import szczepionek dających niekontrolowane odczyny poszczepienne (NOP) itp. rzeczy będą wyjątkowo surowo karane. Surowo wzbronione będzie również pożyczanie pieniędzy na procent. Każdy obywatel będzie mógł uzyskać nieoprocentowany kredyt na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej, w zamian za udział banku w zyskach przez określony okres czasu. Gospodarka zostanie oparta na mieszanym systemie centralnego planowania i prognozowania (wyłącznie podstawowych wskaźników gospodarczych) oraz wolnej konkurencji podmiotów gospodarczych w ramach wspólnego rynku. Pewne kluczowe działy przemysłu, transportu i magazynowania będą zastrzeżone dla spółek skarbu państwa z nienaruszalnym społeczno-narodowym pakietem kontrolnym. Państwo będzie zobowiązane do utrzymywania stałych podatków oraz zapewnienia stałego parytetu złota i srebra waluty wymienialnej. Także niskiego pułapu zadłużenia publicznego, a docelowo braku takiego zadłużenia.

Nowy Czerwony Projekt a Projekt Kapitalizm i Projekt Zachód

Jeżeli nadamy Projektowi Kapitalizm numer 1, Projektowi Zachód numer 2, zaś dla Nowego Czerwonego Projektu numer 3, to... Numer 1 jest do pogodzenia z numerem 3. Tak ze względów ekonomicznych (rządy burżuazyjno-narodowe ograniczą się do materialnej odbudowy i społecznej rehabilitacji własnych krajów, używając swoich sił zbrojnych gdzie indziej do zabijania terrorystów i odbijania z ich rąk współobywateli) jak też ideologicznych. Oba projekty będą bowiem oparte na wspólnym fundamencie prawa naturalnego (minimum sprawiedliwości i zwykłej łudzkiej przyzwoitości) oraz prawa Bożego. W ramach projektu nr 1 i 3 nikomu nie będzie się narzucać religii ani ideologii państwowej, a jedynie przestrzeganie pewnych podstawowych zasad życia społecznego oraz ekonomicznego.


Numer 2 natomiast ma się tak do numeru 1 jak i 3 jak pięść do nosa. Lewicowy liberalizm od czasu, gdy został połączony ze skrajnym liberalizmem obyczajowym oraz neoliberalizmem w gospodarce i dyktaturą tzw. rynków finansowych stanowi projekt pogański, z możliwością przekształcenia go w jakąś rewolucję o podłożu satanistycznym. W przypadku ostatecznego zwycięstwa Projektu Kapitalizm w Nowym Jorku i Londynie takie kraje jak Polska będą miały swobodny wybór; integrować się z innymi Słowianiami w ramach strefy rosyjsko-chińskiej, próbować tworzyć osobną strefę technologiczno-finansową wraz z Węgrami (tzw. międzymorze), lub też ogłosić całkowitą neutralność, przyjmując gwarancję zbrojnej pomocy w przypadku zagrożenia podstaw bytu narodowego od strony granicy zachodniej (dawny model belgijski). Calkowita neutralność może zostać wprowadzona chyba najszybciej wraz z przystąpieniem do nowej Brytyjskiej Współnoty Narodów jako kraj stowarzyszony, włączony do strefy szterlingowej.


Lewica narodowa może się w pełni zrealizować jako formacja ideowa w ramach Nowego Czerwonego Projektu, ukształtować neutralność według modelu austriackiego, pracować w strefie funta szterlinga, wpływać na politykę rządzącej burżuazji narodowej w ramach Projektu Kapitalizm. Nie może natomiast wiele zdziałać przeciwko neoliberalizmowi oraz tzw. rynkom finansowym. W tym wariancie stróże skrajnej i wulgarnej ideologii tzw. nowego proletariatu zmiażdżą w końcu bez litości wszelki opór, a szybko kurczące się rezerwy materialne mogą popchnąć pasterzy do oddania znacznej części bydła do rzeźni. Dokonujące się obecnie wybory drogi ma rozstajach świata, porażonego kryzysem dolara i pandem(on)icznych zarządzeń stają się przeraźliwie jasne i być może ostateczne.

10. Juni 1971. Zum ersten Mal seit vielen Jahren erlaubte der Staat der Römischen Kirche, am Tag des katholischen Fronleichnamsfestes Priester und Gläubige durch die Straßen der Städte zu marschieren.

Die Prozessionen mussten jedoch aufgrund der ihnen zugewiesenen kurzen Wege stark eingeschränkt werden. Deswegen konnten sie nicht sehr großzügig, sondern bescheiden geplant werden.

So begann beispielsweise in der polnischen Hauptstadt die Prozession mit einer Messe in der Johanneskathedrale. Die Katholiken marschierten von dieser Kathedrale bis zum Platz vor dem Königlichen Schloss. Die einzige Hauptstraße auf der Strecke des Aufzuges war Krakowskie Przedmieście (Krakauer Vorstadt). Auf diese Weise verließ die gesamte Prozession nicht die Altstadt mit seinen Gebäuden aus dem 16., 17. und 18. Jahrhundert.

Dabei war damals allen klar, dass es weder die Altstadt noch Warschau geben würde, wenn nicht das polnische Volk, die unter Vollbeschäftigung, zuverlässiger und dauerhafter Versorgung mit Rohstoffen usw. usw. arbeitete, die Hauptstadt wieder aufgebaut hätte. All dies wurde durch das sozialistische System und den Bündnis mit der Sowjetunion sichergestellt.

Fronleichnamsprozessionen in anderen großen Städten des Landes verliefen auf die gleiche Weise

Seit dem Zeitpunkt als der Reichskanzler Otto von Bismarck den Kulturkampf gegen die Katholiken im ganzen Deutschen Reich geführt hat galt die Römische Kirche in Polen, nicht nur bei den rechtskonservativen Kreisen, sondern auch bei dem Volk, als die Stütze des Polentums. Auch als die Quelle aus welcher das polnische Volk seine Sitten und Kultur schöpft. Ihre Rolle wurde aber, im Grunde genommen, von der regierenden PVAP (Polnischen Vereinigten Arbeiter-Partei) ganz anders bewertet. Nämlich, es wurde seitens der Regierung fast hundertprozentig offen zu verstehen gegeben, diese Kirche stehe symbolisch für die Unterentwicklung Polens sowie für die Unaufgeklärkeit des gemeinen Volkes. Daraus sei der Schluß zu ziehen, dass wenn sogar nicht alle, da jedenfalls viele katholische Priester Rückschrittler sind.

Es stehe ihnen also frei ihre Paraden mitten den Gebäuden aus alten Zeiten zu organisieren, aber nicht in den modernen Gebäudevierteln, die von der Volksrepublik Polen aufgebaut wurden. Viertel, die größtenteils von ehemaligen Dorfbewohnern bewohnt wurden, die sich entschieden in der Stadt zu leben auch um vom Pfarrer des Dorfes nicht mehr genau beobachtet und in Predigten beurteilt zu werden.

Der Oberhaupt der Kirche Wyszynski, der oft die Haltung des ungekrönten Königs von Polen einnahm, und Kardinal Karol Wojtyla führten persönlich solche verkürzten Prozessionen in der heutigen und ehemaligen Hauptstadt des Landes an. Auf diese Weise drückten sie deutlich ihre Unterstützung für die neue Staats- und Parteiführung und Giereks Entscheidung, den Konfrontationskurs gegenüber die Kirche erheblich zu lindern, aus.

Gomulka erlaubte diese Aufmärsche viele Jahre lang nicht

Er begründete dies damit, dass er den Verkehr auf den Straßen landesweit unterbrechen müsste, das an diesen Donnerstagen normal funktionierte und man eine freie Fahrt für Menschen brauchte, die sich nach Arbeitsplätze begeben mussten und von dort nach Hause zurückkehrten. Gierek nahm eine ähnliche Haltung ein, erlaubte nicht den Durchmarsch entlang der Hauptstraßen und erlaubte auf diese Art und Weise keine ernsthaften Schwierigkeiten im öffentlichen und privaten Verkehr sowie im Transport von landwirtschaftlichen und industriellen Gütern.

Die Bedeutung dieser Tatsachen war ebenfalls vollkommen klar

Die neuen und in jeder Hinsicht toleranteren Anführer des ohnehin recht toleranten kommunistischen Regimes in Warschau gaben zu, dass die größte religiöse Vereinigung des Landes das Recht hat, am öffentlichen Leben teilzunehmen. Diese habe jedoch kein Recht, die wichtigste Rolle dabei zu spielen, geschweige denn zu versuchen, ihre Feiertage und Ansichten der Gesellschaft als Ganzes aufzuzwingen. Wie sich herausstellte, stimmte Stefan Wyszynski einer solchen Situation nur für die nächsten drei Jahre zu.

Polnischer Fiat 125p, ein Symbol für die 1970er Jahre in Deutschlands Ostnachbarnland, vor dem Hintergrund des Wohnungsbaus aus der Gierek-Ära gesehen. Die damals errichteten Hochhaussiedlungen waren höher und mehr augenfällig als die Kathedralen. Die Kirche lebt in der Kirche und Polen in ganz Polen!

10 czerwca 1971. Po raz pierwszy od wielu lat państwo zezwoliło Kościołowi Rzymskiemu na przemarsz księży i wiernych ulicami miast w dniu katolickiego święta Bożego Ciała.

Procesje musiały jednak zostać poważnie ograniczone co do swojego rozmachu ze względu na wyznaczone im krótkie trasy przemarszu

Tak więc na przykład w stolicy Polski procesja rozpoczęła się od mszy w katedrze pod wezwaniem świętego Jana. Pochód katolików ruszył spod tej katedry w kierunku placu przed Zamkiem Królewskim. Jedyną główną ulicą jaką się poruszał było Krakowskie Przedmieście. W ten sposób cały pochód nie wyszedł poza zabytkową dzielnicę, z jej zabudową pochodzącą z XVI, XVII i XVIII wieku.

Przy tym wszyscy doskonale zdawali sobie sprawę z tego, że nie byłoby ani tej dzielnicy ani Warszawy, gdyby nie odbudowa stolicy przez naród polski, który pracował w ramach pełnego zatrudnienia, pewnego i stałego zaopatrzenia w surowce itd. itp. Wszystko to zaś zapewnił ustrój socjaliistyczny oraz sojusz ze Związkiem Radzieckim.

W taki sam sposób przeszły procesje Bożego Ciała w innych wielkich miastach kraju

Kraju, w którym cały czas głoszono, że katolicyzm jest nieodłączny od polskości i w znacznej mierze stanowi jej istotę. W ten sposób rządząca Polska Zjednoczona Partia Robotnicza dawała jednoznacznie do zrozumienia; nowoczesność i przyszłość Polski to my. Jej (na szczęście!) bezpowrotnie miniona przeszłość, z jej pozbawionymi wygód starymi domami to bractwo starych kawalerów, ubranych cały czas na czarno.

Więc niech sobie urządzają parady wokół budowli z dawnych czasów, a nie w kwartałach zabudowy wzniesionych przez Polskę Ludową. Kwartałach zamieszkanych w znacznej mierze przez byłych mieszkańców wsi, którzy wybrali życie w mieście także po to, aby nie być bacznie obserwowani i osądzani na kazaniach przez wiejskiego proboszcza.

Prymas Wyszyński, przyjmujący często postawę niekoronowanego króla Polski, a także kardynał Karol Wojtyła, osobiście poprowadzili tak okrojone procesje w obecnej i dawnej stolicy kraju. W ten sposób jasno wyrazili poparcie dla nowego kierownictwa partyjno-państwowego oraz podjętej przez niego decyzji o złagodzeniu kursu w sprawach kościelnych.

Gomułka przez długie lata nie wyrażał zgody na te przemarsze

Uzasadniał to powołując się na konieczność umiemożliwienia wstrzymywania ruchu na ulicach kraju, który w te czwartki normalnie pracował i potrzebował wolnej drogi dla osób udających się do zakładów pracy oraz powracających z nich do domu. Gierek prezentował podobną postawę nie zezwalając na przemarsz głównymi ulicami i nie dopuszczając do poważnych utrudnień transportu publicznego i prywatnego oraz przewozu artykułów rolnych i przemysłowych.

Wymowa tych faktów także była całkowicie jasna

Nowi i pod każdym względem bardziej tolerancyjni przywódcy już i tak dość tolerancyjnego reżimu komunistycznego w Warszawie przyznali, że największy związek wyznaniowy w kraju ma prawo do udziału w życiu publicznym. Nie ma jednak prawa do odgrywania w nim głównej roli, a tym bardziej podejmowania prób narzucania swoich świąt i poglądów całemu społeczeństwu. Jak miało się okazać Stefan Wyszyński zgadzał się na taką sytuację tylko przez trzy następne lata.

The COVID Economic Impact or it´s the Dollar Crisis Indeed? An ultimate disaster or beginning of the new life?

The fine and versatile Russian thinker and outstanding scholar Mikhail Khazin, the man of high culture who developed internationally important theories. We are dealing here with astonishingly diverse intelectual creations. In this television show he had a change of opinion with an expert on the Arab oil exporting countries of the Persian Gulf.

After it was possible to overcome the global financial crisis of 2007-2008, and in the year 2012 also the crisis of euro area, a plenty of people believed we will not see a similar danger for the welfare of many nations in the near future, and probably also in our lifetime. However, at the same time an excellent Russian economist and theoretician Khazin who foreseen this severe crisis four years earlier, expressed quite different opinions.

According to him the main cause of both crises wasn't eliminated

The fact that first the United States (since 1930s, and increasingly since 1970s) and later also the rest of the Western countries began to stimulate individual private demand seems to be the most important circumstance behind the deep economic crisis of the Western world. Because of long-term consequences of the two oil price shocks which occurred during the 1970s and early 1980s (above all the fall of most of the traditional industries in Northern America) the stimulation had to be continued.

Moreover, many new artificial needs associated with the better modern way of life were created by the advertising campaigns and as a result the household expenditures exceeded till the year 2010 their pooled income by more than 20 percent. All this demand stimulation was possible due to increasing amounts of governments' debts and more and more generous personal lending (buyers credits) by private financial companies.

The buyers credits and another so called financial products like credit derivatives were, according to Khazin's theory, possible because the money reserves of private financial institutions were repeteadly enhanced by a very large amount of money issued by the central banks. This so called powered money was lend to them at an increasingly lower bank rate, mainly because the Federal Reserve Board was issuing the main world's currency, the US dollar, on a really grand scale. This small group of people decided for seven decades after the Second World War where the newly issued dollars should go.

This one basic center of emission of new or additional money which is the US Federal Reserve System, was crucial to the whole world order since the year 1980

... as the Westerners waged an undeclared, also victorious war against Soviet Union. First, the demand without which the industrial plants and modern agriculture cannot exist became, so to say, a hostage, although a good treated hostage of United States ruling class.

Second, the grand scaled American rearmament program was easily financed and the US government won, on the background of temporal miltary weakness of Russia and China, another measure of influence to the rest of the world, namely a credible military threat.

Its greatest strength and greatest weakness at the same time, simply because you can’t sit down on bayonets or it’s a stupid thing to launch warplanes and rockets without some important and viable political goals behind, and an idea of criminal mind to send soldiers to death in the battle without an ultimate necessity to do so.

It wasn't, as can be seen, a perfectly just international system but now it's impossible to maintain it at all

Simply because there is such a thing like debt ceiling and it’s a matter of fact that China can't be forced now to sell it's products to the rest of the world for the money controlled by its main rival in the Pacific as well as Indian Ocean. By massive selling out the US Treasury bonds and buiyng gold bullion the red Chinese as well as the Russians had shown that they are not ready to work for the budget of United States anymore. Besides, all the existing financial infrastructure was created for the highest levels of demand in the whole history of the mankind.

To launch a new, more just and endurable ecomic model it would be necessary to attain some balance or equilibrium between the expenditures of householders and their incomes from the wages or pension schemes.

That would be only the first step in the right direction and unfortunately very painful one, worldwide reset of the invested capitals and of profits

Because of the ceasing of demand stimulation with the high powered money the decline in demand must be very sharp one and the scale of the crisis would be much higher than before, including for the Great Depression. When demand goes down to the point of equilibrium for the demand and the income of householders, it could be lower than the 2019 level by fifty percent. Under such a scheme the international finance corporations will become loss-making and the financial markets which we have today will turn obsolete and die like the dinosaurs died. The same fate would be, of course, the fate of offshore zones which are taken away financial resources from many countries.

The purchasing power would fail by about 50 percent and the level of unemployment would be more than forty percent anyway. But then the COVID markets crash came.

The social impact would be huge and most probably very serious, even dangerous ones and inescapable for the whole world, because nowadays almost the entire world economy is a single system of the division of labour, but especially for the Western countries. We should remeber of their limited real economy (production capacities) potential and too many costly and risky business plans (for example the so-called clean or green energies) in which they are involved.

Amid the decline in living standards by two times there will be an unbelievable pressure to rebuild the national economy of every country on entirely another principles and at least here and there unbelievable opportunities to do it on a very successful way too. To write off all the debt will be both a big temptation and quite possible to governments.

The best way to get rid of debts was usually a force majeure like very big war or revolution, but in the face of the worst economic crisis ever there will be no more business as usual

There will be crucial political decisions made to change the world financial and currency exchange model on a quite radical way, and to dump all these financial companies together with their debts and credits. That's much better possibility than to ignite the world or to have a civil war, so there would be no quarell over another options.

There is in the 21st century, of course, also quite impossible to work and produce only for a single national market

... or similar once again, as it was still the case for many countries till the 1960s, and not viable for Great Britain already during the late 18th century.

Fortunately there is a way to save and recover the world economy

… namely to create some independent centers of cinvertible money issuance, being at the same time common markets as well as common technological development zones for many somehow similar nations, with complementary needs and huge material and human reserves for further development and increasing the revenue.

It would be most probably six such continental centers, with a great regional power at the head of every of them

After few years of austerity period and hard work needed to rebuild the industry and gain the new raw materials sources there shall be a better, peaceful future guaranteed for Russia, China, United States, South Africa, India and Brazil as well as for their allies and trade partners. After the good script and scenario will prevail there should be also no fight for the position of the chairman of the new world economy system.

The new objective economic factors would identify London and Great Britain as the most suitable brokerage and intermediary centre for goods trade and best money exchange market

We should remember the British society was organised since centuries for the increase of material wealth by exchange and commerce.

Some wise and hopefully influential British gentlemen would subscribe the following theory ...

Under the new multipolar model of the world something like new British Empire could be a remarkable and fruitful concept of international development and cooperation. Including a favorable way out for some countries of British ancestry or those being British patterned, which could be not interested in participating in a new financial zone leading by China, Russia or Brazil.

Such countries should be allowed to build or rebuild their own special relationship with Britain, crating the seventh financial and industrial zone, the zone of the pound sterling

It would make London, backed on the new wealth and possibilities of the redesigned and genuine British Commonwealth, perhaps including for the new great Royal Merchant Navy, even more attractive as the world financial and exchange site, based on voluntary and non-binding participation.

The new British Commonwealth: peaceful, non-partisan and strong, being perhaps once again the main maritime factor worldwide, could advance the world beyond the age when international relations were decided by force, using the potential of its commerce and skillful diplomacy.

Die Corona-Krise oder Dollar-Krise? Der Untergang oder Anfang des neuen Lebens?

Michail Chasin ist ein feiner und vielseitiger russischer Denker und hervorragender Gelehrte, der Mann der Hochkultur, der international wichtige Theorien erarbeitet hat. Wir haben hier mit dem verblüffend vielfältigem Schaffen zu tun. In dieser Fernsehsendung hatte er ein Meinungswechsel mit einem Kenner der arabischen Erdöl exportierenden Ländern des Persischen Golfes.

Nachdem es möglich war, die globale Finanzkrise von 2007-2008 und im Jahr 2012 auch die Krise des Euroraums zu überwinden, glaubten viele Menschen, dass wir in naher Zukunft, wahrscheinlich auch in unserer Lebenszeit keine ähnliche Gefahr für das Wohlergehen ganzer Nationen sehen werden. Zur gleichen Zeit aber äußerte ein ausgezeichneter russischer Volkswirtschaftslehrer und Theoretiker, Michail Chasin, der diese schwere Krise vier Jahre zuvor vorausgesehen hat, ganz andere Meinungen dazu.

Ihm zufolge wurde die Hauptursache für beide Krisen nicht beseitigt

Die Tatsache, dass zuerst die Vereinigten Staaten (seit den 1930er Jahren und zunehmend seit den 1977) und später auch der Rest der westlichen Länder die individuelle private Nachfrage zu stimulieren (die Wirtschaft auf Pump zu halten) begannen, scheint der wichtigste Umstand hinter der tiefen Wirtschaftskrise des Abendlandes zu sein. Aufgrund der langfristigen Folgen der beiden Ölpreisschocks in den 1970er und frühen 1980er Jahren (vor allem aufgrund des Niedergangs der meisten traditionellen Industrien in Nordamerika) musste die Stimulierung fortgesetzt werden.

Die Alternative war eine weit verbreitete Armut und uferlose soziale Unruhe, die zu unvorhersehbaren Ereignissen führen könnten, die möglicherweise viele blutigen politischen Erdbeben nach sich ziehen könnten

Darüber hinaus wurden durch die Werbekampagnen viele neue, künstliche Bedürfnisse im Zusammenhang mit der Vorstellung von einer besseren modernen Lebensweise geschaffen, so dass die Haushaltsausgaben bis zum Jahr 2010 ihr gebündeltes Einkommen um mehr als 20 Prozent überstiegen. All diese Nachfragestimulationen waren aufgrund zunehmender Verschuldung der öffentlichen Hand und immer umfangreicher persönlicher Kredite (Käuferkredite), die durch private Finanzunternehmen mit mehr und mehr günstigen Bedingungen angeboten waren, möglich.

Die Käuferkredite und andere sogenannte Finanzprodukte wie Kreditderivate waren nach Chasins Theorie möglich gewesen, weil die Geldreserven privater Finanzinstitute durch einen sehr großen, immer erneut geschaffenen Geldbetrag der Zentralbanken fortan aufgestockt wurden. Dieses so genannte angetriebene Geld, oder Wirtschaft-Treibstoff-Geld wurde ihnen zu einem zunehmend niedrigeren Bankzinssatz verliehen, hauptsächlich weil die Federal Reserve (der Fed) die Hauptwährung der Welt, den US-Dollar, in riesigem Umfang herausgab. Diese kleine Gruppe von Menschen entschied nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg, sieben Jahrzehnte lang, darüber wohin die neu geschaffenen Dollar-Geldmengen fliessen würden.

Dieses ein grundlegendes Emissionszentrum für neues oder zusätzliches Geld, das US-Notenbanksystem, war seit dem Jahr 1980 für die gesamte Weltordnung von entscheidender Bedeutung

… als die Westmächte einen nicht erklärten, ebenfalls siegreichen Krieg gegen die Sowjetunion begonnen haben. Erstens wurde die Nachfrage, ohne die die Industrieanlagen und die moderne Landwirtschaft kaum existieren können, sozusagen zu einer Geisel, obwohl sie eine gut behandelte Geisel der US-amerikanischen Oberschicht war.

Zweitens war das groß angelegte amerikanische Wiederaufrüstungsprogramm leicht zu finanzieren, und die US-Regierung gewann vor dem Hintergrund der zeitlichen militärischen Schwäche Russlands und Chinas ein weiteres Mittel um auf den Rest der Welt Einfluss zu nehmen, nämlich eine glaubwürdige militärische Bedrohung.

Dies bedeutete den größten Trumpf und gleichzeitig die schlimmste Versuchung, der diese Regierung erlag. Nur weil es auf die Dauer unmöglich ist auf Bajonetten zu sitzen oder anders ausgedrückt, Kampfflugzeuge in die Luft zu schicken und Raketen abzufeuern, ohne den Plan zu haben, wichtige und durchführbade politische Ziele auf diese Weise zu erreichen, ist ausgesprochen dumm. Und es ist ein Verbrechen, Soldaten in den Kampf zu schicken und ihr Leben aufzuopfern, ohne sie unbedingt so einsetzen zu müssen.

Es war nicht, wie es war zu beweisen, ein vollkommen gerechtes internationales System, aber jetzt ist es unmöglich, es überhaupt aufrechtzuerhalten

... weil es so etwas wie Schuldenobergrenze gibt und es ist eine Tatsache, dass China jetzt nicht gezwungen werden kann, seine Produkte an den Rest der Welt für das Geld zu verkaufen, das von seinem Hauptrivalen im Pazifik und im Indischen Ozean kontrolliert wird. Durch den massiven Ausverkauf der US-Staatsanleihen und den Kauf von Goldbarren hatten sowohl die roten Chinesen als auch die Russen gezeigt, dass sie nicht mehr bereit sind, für den irgendwie ausgeglichenen Staatshaushalt der Vereinigten Staaten zu arbeiten. Außerdem wurde die gesamte vorhandene Finanzinfrastruktur für die Bedürfnisse der höchsten Nachfrage in der gesamten Weltgeschichte geschaffen.

Um ein neues, gerechteres und erträglicheres Wirtschaftsmodell auf den Weg zu bringen, müsste ein gewisses Gleichgewicht zwischen den Ausgaben der Haushalte und ihren Einnahmen aus den Löhnen oder Rentensystemen erreicht werden.

Dies wäre jedoch nur der erste Schritt in die richtige Richtung und würde leider eine äußerst schmerzhafte Rückstellung des investierten Kapitals und der daraus erzielten Einnahmen, und dabei weltweit, bedeuten

Aufgrund der Einstellung der Nachfragestimulation mit dem frischen Geld muss eines Tages der Nachfragerückgang sehr stark sein, und das Ausmaß der Krise wäre viel höher als zuvor, auch während der Weltwirtschaftskrise der 1930er Jahre. Wenn die Nachfrage bis zum Gleichgewicht der Nachfrage und des Einkommens der Haushalte sinkt, könnte sie um fünfzig Prozent unter dem Niveau von 2019 liegen. Im Rahmen des derartigen Schema werden die internationalen Finanzkonzerne verlustbringend werden, und die Finanzmärkte, die wir heute haben, werden schnell überflüssig und sterben, wie einst die Dinosaurier ausgestorben sind. Das gleiche Schicksal wäre natürlich das Schicksal von Offshore-Zonen, nach denen vielen Ländern finanzielle Ressourcen entzogen werden.

Die Kaufkraft würde so oder so um etwa 50 Prozent schrumpfen und die Arbeitslosigkeit würde mehr als vierzig Prozent betragen. Da kam aber die Corona-Krise...

Die sozialen Folgen wären gewaltig und höchstwahrscheinlich sehr schwerwiegend, sogar gefährlich und für die ganze Welt unausweichlich, denn heutzutage ist die gesamte Weltwirtschaft ein einziges System der Arbeitsteilung, insbesondere aber für die westlichen Länder. Wir sollten uns an ihr begrenztes realwirtschaftliches Potenzial (Produktionskapazitäten) und an zu viele kostspielige und riskante Geschäftspläne (zum Beispiel die sogenannten sauberen oder grünen Energien) erinnern, an denen sie beteiligt sind.

Inmitten des zweifachen Rückgangs des Lebensstandards wird es einen unglaublichen Druck geben, die Volkswirtschaft jedes Landes nach ganz anderen Prinzipien wieder aufzubauen, und zumindest hier und da unbeschreiblich günstige Möglichkeiten, dies auch auf sehr erfolgreiche Weise zu tun. Alle Schulden abzuschreiben, wird sowohl eine große Versuchung für die Regierungen sein als auch durchaus möglich sein.

Der beste Weg, um Schulden loszuwerden, war normalerweise höhere Gewalt wie ein sehr großer Krieg oder eine Revolution, aber angesichts der schlimmsten Wirtschaftskrise aller Zeiten wird es keine übliche Politik und Wirtschaft mehr geben

Es werden entscheidende politische Entscheidungen getroffen, um das weltweite Finanz- und Wechselkursmodell auf radikale Weise zu ändern und all diese Finanzunternehmen zusammen mit ihren Schulden und Krediten ohne weiteres zu sinken. Das ist eine viel bessere Möglichkeit, als die Welt in Brand zu stecken oder einen Bürgerkrieg zu führen, also würde es keinen großen Streit um andere Optionen geben.

Es ist natürlich im 21. Jahrhundert auch völlig unmöglich, nur für eigenen nationalen Binnenmarkt zu arbeiten und zu produzieren

oder die Sachen irgendwie nach diesem Muster wieder zu gestalten, wie es noch bis in die 1960er Jahre für viele Länder der Fall war, und für Großbritannien bereits im späten 18. Jahrhundert dies nicht mehr machbar war.

Glücklicherweise gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Weltwirtschaft zu retten und wiederherzustellen

… nämlich einige unabhängige Zentren für das Schöpfen von konvertierbarem Geld zu schaffen, die gleichzeitig gemeinsame Märkte sowie gemeinsame technologische Entwicklungszonen für viele irgendwie ähnliche Nationen mit komplementären Bedürfnissen werden. Diese sollen auch riesigen materiellen sowie menschlichen Reserven zur Weiterentwicklung und Umsatzsteigerung besitzen.

Es wäre höchstwahrscheinlich sechs solche kontinentale Zentren geben, an deren Spitze in der Zukunft jeweils eine große regionale Großmacht stehe

Nach einigen Jahren der strengen Sparmaßnahmen und harter Arbeit, die erforderlich werden, um die Industrie wieder aufzubauen und neue Rohstoffquellen zu erschließen werde, Chasin zufolge, Russland, China, den Vereinigten Staaten, Südafrika, Indien und Brasilien sowie ihren Verbündeten und Handelspartner eine bessere, friedliche Zukunft garantiert. Nachdem sich das gute Drehbuch und Szenario durchgesetzt hat, sollte es auch finden keinen Kampf um den Posten des Vorsitzenden des neuen Weltwirtschaftssystems statt.

Neue objektive wirtschaftliche Faktoren würden darauf hinweisen, dass London und Großbritannien der am besten geeignete Platz für die Sondernbestellungen und Vermittlung bei dem Warenhandel, als auch die beste große Wechselstube sind

Wir sollen uns daran erinnern, dass die britische Gesellschaft seit Jahrhunderten zur Steigerung des materiellen Wohlstands durch Austausch und Handel organisiert wurde.

Einige kluge und hoffentlich einflussreiche britische vornehme Herren würden die folgende Theorie unterstützen...

Unter dem neuen multipolaren Modell der Welt wird so etwas wie das neue britische Weltreich ein bemerkenswertes und fruchtbares Konzept der internationalen Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit sein, einschließlich eines günstigen Auswegs für einige Länder britischer Abstammung oder solche welche mehr oder weniger britisch geprägt sind, die an einer Teilnahme in einer neuen Finanzzone, die von China, Russland oder Brasilien angeführt wird, interessiert sein könnten.

Diesen Ländern sollte es gestattet sein, ihre eigenen besonderen Beziehungen zu Großbritannien zu erweitern oder wiederherzustellen, indem sie die siebte Finanz- und Industriezone, die Zone von Pfund Sterling, bilden können

Es würde London, auf dem neuen Reichtum und die Möglichkeiten des neu gestalteten und britischen Commonwealth aus der wahren Begebenheit, vielleicht auch auf der neuen großen Königlichen Handelsmarine (Royal Merchant Navy) gestützt, als weltweite Finanz- und Wechselplatz, die auf freiwilliger und unverbindlicher Beteiligung basiert, noch attraktiver machen.

Die neue britische Völkergemeinschaft: friedlich, unparteiisch und stark, vielleicht wieder der wichtigste maritime Faktor weltweit, könnte die Welt über das Zeitalter hinaus voranbringen, wo der Gestalt der internationalen Beziehungen mit Gewalt und Drohungen bestimmt wurde, und mit diplomatischen sowie wirtschaftlichen Mitteln eine sehr lange Zeit des Friedens und des Fortschritts gewährleisten.
